  1. When you're serving an ad that's in fact an iframe, then Revive Adserver has no control over the content of the ad inside the iframe, and therefore the {clickurl} macro won't work. What you're trying to achieve is impossible. This has nothing to do with Revive Adserver specifically, it won't work in any ad server if the ad is an iframe with the actual ad inside the iframe.
  2. An advertiser user can view the statistics of their own campaign, but they can't make any changes.
  3. Do you mean that the AdSense ads don't work and/or display on your site? Or is the problem just that the clicks are not counted?
  4. To me, it looks like this will redirect to google.com immediately, without allowing the impression logging pixel that comes after it to be delivered, let alone be triggered. Why would you want to put that sort of redirect in a banner ad?
  5. Revive Adserver has a click URL macro which is {clickurl}. All you need is to put that before that target URL, like so: <a href='{clickurl}((target__URL))' target='_top'><gwd-taparea id="klik" class="gwd-taparea-wjps gwd-gen-ceuwgwdanimation" ></gwd-taparea></a> Revive Adserver will insert the correct click URL automatically when the ad is delivered.

  7. The way you described your issue before was exactly the other way around. Given the limited info, it's impossible to solve this for free.
  8. I read your explanation multiple times, but it doesn't make any sense to me. It would help if you could provide a better explanation of what you are trying to achieve.
  9. The issue has been fixed, it turned out to be a faulty configuration of the Nginx software, nothing related to Revive Adserver itself.
  10. The reason is that Juicyads tags don't support third party click tracking. Contact them to inquire about their options for it.
  11. Most likely cause of this is that the code you entered into the HTML banners is incomplete or incorrect, causing the impression logging pixel to not work.
  12. I'm sorry, there is just not enough information from you to say anything meaningful about this.
  13. AppNexus statistics are usually 3-4 hours behind, Revive Adserver stats are updated at the top of each hour.
  14. Please contact the vendor of this third party product for support.
  15. Could you explain what would be the point?
  16. I have moved this topic to a more appropriate section. Please review https://github.com/revive-adserver/revive-adserver/issues/319 for a new feature in Revive Adserver 3.1 (due to be released any day now) which will attempt to deal with this matter.
  17. That article, which I wrote, does not suggest that using an adserver will increase your AdSense revenue. The way to increase your ad revenue overall, is to find some paying advertisers with a higher rate than what your AdSense ads yield, so that the revenue of the whole increases. I have never experienced that serving AdSense ads via an ad server results in lower ad revenue of the AdSense tags themselves.
  18. I would suggest having a look at the iframe type invocation code. Do realize, however, that advertisers generally do not appreciate auto-refreshing their ads. It artificially inflates the impression numbers, which could be considered a form of fraude.
  19. Since you write that you use epom, I've moved this to the "off topic" section of the forums".
  20. Please follow the process described on the page at http://www.revive-adserver.com/support/upgrading/ . Upgrading and Updating is the same. Do not simply copy the new files over the old files, it will result in a broken system.
  21. Have you made sure the 'var' folder has write permissions? The uploaded file will go there first, and then be transferred to whatever the location of your banner images is.
  22. Perhaps this link helps? http://www.revive-adserver.com/blog/enabling-revive-adserver-plugins-after-upgrading-to-version-3-0-0/
  23. I can assure you the clickurl macro works in Revive Adserver just like it always did in OpenX Source.
