  1. Hi @Joey, Yes, absolutely. I'd suggest you get yourself a PHP editor with an IDE, and that will make it easy to step through the executing code, and track down the place to make the changes.
  2. Presumably, what you're asking for is some help to get it working? https://documentation.revive-adserver.com/display/DOCS/Banners+Not+Delivering
  3. https://documentation.revive-adserver.com/display/DOCS/Revive+Adserver+Broken#ReviveAdserverBroken-HTTP500ErrorCode
  4. Statistics > Advertisers & Campaigns. Then expand the appropriate area(s) as desired, and you will get down to specific banners. Or, you can also click on specific campaigns, and then you get a breakdown by all the banners. Or, you can do this at the Zone level, and look at the Campaign Distribution, which also includes banners.
  5. Want to DM me some details of where I can see this zone in action, and some screenshots of the zone, what's linked to it, and all the different banner details, please?
  6. Hi @AngryWarrior, What happens if take the Revive Adserver invocation code that you are putting into the WP Sidebar, and instead put that invocation code into an otherwise empty HTML page? Does the banner display at the correct size then?
  7. I'd just leave the pricing information empty, unless you have a specific need to do something with pricing!
  8. Answer above is correct: 1. There is no native support in Revive Adserver to deliver multiple banners in a carousel. 2. However, you can do this yourself, by delivering the carousel itself as an HTML5 banner. However, this will not record separate "impressions" for the "different" banners in the carousel - it will just treat the whole carousel as a single banner.
  9. I think the feature you want is Companion Positioning. https://documentation.revive-adserver.com/display/DOCS/Creating+a+Campaign#CreatingaCampaign-Miscellaneous
  10. From memory, you can pass in parameters as part of the conversion process to record things like where the conversion happened - haven't had time to document all of this yet, but I think it's there somewhere?
  11. There is no free plugin to enable this feature as far as I'm aware. Request for this feature is noted! https://documentation.revive-adserver.com/display/DOCS/Missing+Features ?
  12. Noted! https://documentation.revive-adserver.com/display/DOCS/Missing+Features ?
  13. What version of Revive Adserver? What type of campaign, what types and sized of banners are in the campaign? What type of zone? What size?
  14. Please see: https://documentation.revive-adserver.com/display/DOCS/Banners+Not+Delivering
  15. Please also see: https://documentation.revive-adserver.com/display/DOCS/No+Statistics
  16. Does the banner have any other rules in place? Are there any other banners linked to the zone?
  17. Hi @paule, This would require a change to the underlying source code & operation of the tag - it's not going to be a case of changing the parameters used in the call. The code of the Local Mode tag only supports getting one banner for the desired zone - not getting banners for multiple zones.
  18. I don't think we have really changed the layout or operation of the statistics area. Just keep clicking down through the Advertisers & Campaigns, and you should eventually get down to the Banner level.
  19. Hi @scott001, Sure, you are absolutely welcome to put more restrictive permissions in place - just ensure that the user that Revive Adserver executes as (see your PHP/webserver documentation) can read/write the directories and files, and you will be golden!
  20. Hi @BruceBanner, A white screen generally means a 500 error has happened. See our troubleshooting guide, and your web server logs. Hi @batje, So, that looks like a permissions error - see our troubleshooting guide, esp. with regards to server hardening?
  21. Hi @vioussoupov, What Ian means is that instead of having 3 servers, with 3 separate installations on it - instead, have one installation, but spread the load of that one installation across three servers.
  22. Yes, there's no reason why you cannot use both Single Page call and Async JavaScript tags on the same page, if you want to - but that won't give you a single call style Aysnc JS tags, just two different sorts of tags. You can go down the path of trying to combine them all if you want, but I don't think it really matters that the same script is called multiple time - it's okay that it does this, really. Where are you seeing the warnings?
  23. No, no immediate or obvious ideas, sorry. https://documentation.revive-adserver.com/display/DOCS/Banners+Not+Delivering
