  1. I'm afraid manually changing the files is the only way. Unfortunately the plugin framework doesn't cover that (yet?).
  2. Yes. The backdoor you are talking about was fixed by OpenX Inc itself.
  3. Sorry, I must have missed that you were talking about managers. Please try to have a look at www/admin/account-preferences-campaign-email-reports.php then.
  4. Pls see: http://docs.revive-adserver.com/display/DOCS/Creating+an+advertiser:
  5. Cookie names haven't changed. I have no other hint atm, sorry
  6. We've tried to make things as easy as possibile, but I'm afraid you need a bit more knowledge in order to succesfully install and run Revive Adserver. No offence intended of course. You should probably hire someone to do the job.
  7. That was my best shot at "reasons why conversion tracking cookies are not sent". I'm afraid I can't do more than that as forum support...
  8. I mean: "when you link contract campaigns to a zone, you should also link at least one remnant campaign/banner with no limitations".
  9. We haven't created forums for languages other than english yet as the community is still growing. Could you please stick to english for now?
  10. You might have forgotten to set appropriate conversion windows maybe?
  11. I'd suggest looking into adding a Site:Variable limitation to your banners instead. Both direct selection and local invocation are leftovers from a distant past and are likely to be deprecated/removed in the near future.
  12. I've never heard of Installatron before. We definitely can't support 3rd party tools "interfering" with proper install/upgrade procedures. As for the status of your instance, I honestly can't tell it it's ok or not to delete that folder. Given it's hte admin interface side of it, it should be fine... I wonder though what else could be broken in your setup
  13. You must always have a remnant campaign linked as well. That's why the icon is red.
  14. Pretty sure something went wrong when you first moved to Revive Adserver. Would you care to explain what you mean by "upgraded from OpenX through Installatron under cPanel"
  15. I guess it depends on how the ad blocker works, but yes, unless your domain is somehow blacklisted, you should get the request thorugh. or maybe requests matching afr.php/ajs:php/etc might be blocked too.
  16. What new version? Revive is compatible with any PHP 5.3, PHP 5.4.20 or greater, PHP 5.5.2 or greater, and even PHP 5.6beta, as far as I could test. You didn't read the requirements page, did you?
  17. Well, the files you're not removing are a potential security issue.
  18. Exclusive probably suits better what you're trying to achive. If set to contract you should make sure you don't set a daily target manually, but book a certain numbers of impressions and set an expiration date instead: this might help compensating underdelivery. As for B1 and B4, tbh I have no idea. I don't see how contract/exclusive could affect the ratio. There must be something else we're missing here.
  19. hmm, if you followed the upgrade instruction properly, you shouldn't have such a folder.
  20. I would suggest checking the error I would suggest checking the error logs for errors and restarting php5-fpm. Sometimes apc acts up.
  21. PHP 5.4.4 is not supported by Revive Adserver due to a bug fixed in later versions. Please have a look at our requirements page.
  22. See My Account -> User Interface Preferences
  23. I'm afraid the only way would be manually transfer some of the database contents.
