When I try to preview their 728x90 in the "banner properties" window, i only get an ad once in a blue moon. When I move to "delivery options", "linked zones" or "advanced", I see an ad preview every time. I've tried both "file cached" and "memcached" memory to see if that made a difference and it didn't. Why would these different tabs show different results? I've never encountered this before and I go all the way back to using php adsnew. I've gone to the administrator acct and manually run all the maintenance options. Ideas? I'm stumped. Has anyone else seen this behaviour?
