(Our install is using Revive Adserver v3.1.0 running on nginx 1.4.6, PHP 5.3.3 and MySQL 5.1.73-log.) screenshot: http://prntscr.com/77nu6b This was a fresh install, not an upgrade. We have never used Revive/Openx before. (I realize there is an update available: v3.2, however this will unlikely fix the issue, as it has it's own bug, also to do with the invocation tag.
