Moderndayfreak Posted April 27, 2017 Report Posted April 27, 2017 I'm trying to create a responsive ad banner but its requiring size dimensions. How are these ads being displayed in mobile phones? Thanks Quote
andrewatfornax Posted April 27, 2017 Report Posted April 27, 2017 Hi @Moderndayfreak, Creation of responsive banners is outside the scope of Revive Adserver for the time being. I can't see why you can't deliver a responsive HTML banner, though. Just use the width and height of the banner as the default size that would be displayed "on average", and that will simply associate the banner with which zones you can link the banner with. But if the banner's size is changed post-delivery, based on the screen size, then that won't matter to Revive Adserver. Quote
Moderndayfreak Posted April 28, 2017 Author Report Posted April 28, 2017 (edited) Because in mobile the ads do not resize and it looks tacky like that sir... I know Revive is free open source and I'm not complaining sir... Just that well... it would be great if Revive was able to be responsive Edited April 28, 2017 by Moderndayfreak Quote
sepalot Posted May 2, 2017 Report Posted May 2, 2017 @Moderndayfreak: It's not dependent on Revive. You can fill i whatever file you like. Just look through the options like Generic HTML file. Everything you code HTML5 can overwrite the settings set by Revive easily I guess. Of course you have to dive a little in CSS and so. Quote
