tkat Posted August 15, 2015 Report Share Posted August 15, 2015 In the process of trying to upgrade from 3.1 to 3.2.1, I am now suddenly unable to see any impressions and click stats. When I looked at user preferences, they had been deselected. When I tried selecting them to be visible again, the server refuses to accept the change, going back to the unselected state.So at the moment all I can see are the names of Advertisers and Websites but without any of the Columns showing Impressions and Clicks and CTR.This is an urgent problem for us so if any of you know what could be preventing me from accessing and modifying the preferences, please let me know.I know the database is still there because I checked, so this must have something to do with permissions or some settings error that prevents any access to stats.
