How Many Total Targeting Channels Can Be Created

I would like to understand if there are any limits for creating number of targeting channels.

There is no technical limit in the software for the number of targeting channels you can create.

I have one issue here regarding impressions tracking.

I have multiple targetting channels around 150.

 

And i have multiple campaigns too.

In that campaign there are banners created and based on ip addresses those are getting delievered.

On top of it there something like catchall banner so if no ip address is matched serve that banner.

 

Now i am seeing the impression count 0 for some channels where as for those targetting channels are created and being served.

I would assume that for those channels where you have an impression count of 0, the limitations are such that Revive Adserver is never delivering banners?
