Please i need help installing Revive adserver on my cpanel, i keep get one error or the other..

You don't have permission to access /adserver/www/admin/install.php on this server.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

 

and if i try to use ads.my.com.com/adserver i get a redirect loop error

That's a webserver permission error, which is preventing Revive Adserver from executing. Something that I'm afraid you will need to sort out using your webserver documentation, and not something we can really help you with.
