Webbouk Posted January 5, 2020 Report Share Posted January 5, 2020 When upgrading from 4.1.3 to 5.0.2 following the instructions I get the following error: Recovering Revive Adserver 5.0.2 Your previous upgrade attempt encountered an error There was an error while processing your previous upgrade and Revive Adserver must attempt to recover the upgrade process. Please click the Recover button below. Clicking the 'Recover' button just seems to refresh the page and the installation does not complete. I've deleted the copy of the database, deleted all the files, reinstalled a new copy of the 4.1.3 database, uploaded the files, replaced my domain.conf.php, reset the permissions, and still the same error message. I can't get past this for some reason. Everything in the upgrade instructions has been followed, and I've been over it to make sure I've missed nothing out. Has anyone any suggestions?
