Request to send a message to staff

I would like to send a message to staff, how can I do it?

I always got the error message like "you are only allowed to send 0 message".

Not sure what you mean by "staff" - do you mean the core Revive Adserver team?

Yes, someone from Revive team. We are in the process to open source our IMS(inventory management system) and would like to integrate with Revive. To do that we would like to chat with Revive team first to see if it is possible.
