Unable to see Admin UI. Just show text links after logging in

I installed the latest software on my local machine and after setting uplthe database and everything when i logged in i see  a flat screen with no UI. Just Links in admin are seen

Problem solved. Had an add blocker on my browser. Just disabled it and problem was solved
