Revive Adserver can: Use separate URLs for the admin user interface vs. the delivery of banners (and it can even use a 3rd URL for the delivery of the banner creatives); and Be installed on multiple servers, where on one server, it is configured to only allow access to delivery of the admin user interface, while on the other server, it is configured to only allow access to delivery of banners.
