Errors During Installation

HI Guys, 

 

I ran through the installation of the add server, and I got the follwowing errors

 

Installation of plugin 'openXVideoAds' failed:

Server returned: 0

Installation of plugin 'openXDeliveryLog' failed:

Server returned: 0

Installation of plugin 'openXInvocationTags' failed:

Server returned: 0

Installation of plugin 'openXMaxMindGeoIP' failed:

Server returned: 0

Installation of plugin 'openXDeliveryCacheStore' failed:

Server returned: 0

Installation of plugin 'openXReports' failed:

Server returned: 0

Installation of plugin 'openX3rdPartyServers' failed:

Server returned: 0

Installation of plugin 'openXDeliveryLimitations' failed:

Server returned: 0

Installation of plugin 'openXBannerTypes' failed:

Request timed out

 

I've re-installed a couple of times and followed the instructions on the website, the application seems to work fine, however I'm not too familiar with it and fear that issues will crop up in the future,

Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Anything in the error log and/or Revive's var/*.log files?

I dont have access to the logs anymore, 

but I recall seeing a segmentation fault occur for each of the failed plugins and a request timed out line as well.

Could you please advise how I can check if these installed \ will function correctly, as I am not familiar in what parts of the app these will be used.

If you've seen a segmentation fault, most likely you were running a PHP 5.4 version < 5.4.20, which is not compatible with Revive Adserver (See requirements on the website)
