We fixed our problem with stats. Our tech wrote on the ticket, when asked when asked what had gone wrong and why it was now working: A PATH variable in BASE/lib/RV.php line 13 didn't carry through. I instead set the value explicitly and all was well. Thank you all. Jim Atkinson

Also, when I run Fiddler, I get HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error when it calls our adserver. Ads are displaying at least. Jim A.

Also, for some reason the following show as errors in the plugins report: oxMarket: is configured as installed but not found to exist oxMarketMaintenance: is configured as installed but not found to exist oxMarketDelivery: is configured as installed but not found to exist Openx Market was removed last year, why is it even showing this error? We upgraded to Revive Adserver 3.0.3 yesterday and the stats stopped working. Ideas? This is critical. We can't operate without stats. Jim Atkinson

I have 3rd party banner code from Lijitmedia. When I try to preview their 728x90 in the "banner properties" window, i only get an ad once in a blue moon. When I move to "delivery options", "linked zones" or "advanced", I see an ad preview every time. I've tried both "file cached" and "memcached" memory to see if that made a difference and it didn't. Why would these different tabs show different results? I've never encountered this before and I go all the way back to using php adsnew. I've gone to the administrator acct and manually run all the maintenance options. Ideas? I'm stumped. Has anyone else seen this behaviour? Jim Atkinson
