Server to Server calls with Revive

Hi Revive team,

I am new to Revive Adserver, but really appreciate the efforts for this open source product.
I have few questions regarding server-to-server calls:

• My current understanding is that in order to fetch ads we must use invocation tag directly in front-end, is there any REST APIs for requesting ads?
• Is there any plugin we can leverage to enable REST API for serving? The one I found is more more ads management and reporting, but not for serving.
• I also found a post regarding XML-RPC, is it still a recommended practice? I couldn't find any official documentation around that.
