I noticed that Revive has a new version in my Softaculous one click installation on my web hosting. I took a backup before I did the upgrade, ran the upgrade script there to version 4. However, despite ads still serving fine, any time I try and access my admin panel, it is autodirecting me to install.php, and giving me a file not found error. So I'm wondering what the best way to downgrade Revive 4 -> 3.2.4, so I can attempt to do the upgrade again. Any help would be appreciated. Erik Geurts Posted October 26, 2016 Report Share Posted October 26, 2016 There is no downgrade, unfortunately. Your best bet is to go back to the backup you made before you started. Then do an upgrade manually, follow https://www.revive-adserver.com/support/upgrading/ for the steps to success. Don't use softalicicious or whatever it's called. And while we're at it, please don't use those auto installers! Just follow the installation and upgrade instructions on our website and you will be fine.
