Campaign, tracker and banner configured according to this tutorial:http://blackriver.to/2014/01/openx-source-revive-adserver-conversion-tracking-tutorial/Everything works as expected, impressions and clicks registered. The only thing that does not work is conevrsion tracking.I've followed this article to debug the process:http://blackriver.to/2014/01/openx-source-revive-adserver-to-debugging-conversion-trackers/I can see that cookies work fine, but nothing ever inserted into rv_data_bkt_a.
