bizi10 Posted January 5, 2014 Report Posted January 5, 2014 Hello, After upgrade done exacly as per instructions http://www.revive-adserver.com/support/upgrading/ that goes smooothly without errors I change the name of the folder of the old instalation from /openx/ to /openx_old/ and the new installation from /revive/ to /openx/ I check the website, ads are showing normaly in all zones but the problem I have is with access to the administration. When I try to access /openx/ instead of opening www/admin/index.php I keep getting redirected to /openx/www/admin/install.php and all I have on a screen is an error: Warning: require_once(pre-check.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in ../public_html/revive/init.php on line 20Fatal error: require_once() [function.require-once]: Failed opening required 'pre-check.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in ../public_html/revive/init.php on line 20 /revive/ is the directory from where the upgrade was made and it looks as if somewhere it keeps getting linked to the upgrade location even after I change the directory from /revive/ to /openx/ Any suggestions as to how to fix this? I tried to search MySQL database but i couldn't find any refference to /revive/ is it possible that somewhere it hasn't switched from upgrading/installation to finished install? Please help! :| Quote
Erik Geurts Posted January 5, 2014 Report Posted January 5, 2014 This might be related to caching at the server level or an stale session. It might help to close all instances of your browser and try again. If that doesn't help, perhaps try restarting Apache. Quote
bizi10 Posted January 5, 2014 Author Report Posted January 5, 2014 Thanks a million times. Restarting Apache solved the issue! Quote
