after update adding a new banner, I get a 403 Permission Denied page
with a fresh install and adding Advertiser, User, or making any change I got a 403 error page

I fixed this by changing the Mod_Security setting in Plesk Tools > Web Application Firewall
changed the setting from ON to Directories Only
