I have system version 5.5.1. I have administrator rights. Now there is a problem in creating a personal cabinet of the advertiser. I have reviewed the instruction manual. But it is not visible in my interface. How do I add an advertiser in my version? Please help.

This is a picture from the guide. But I don't see this place:
