Upgrading to 5.5.1 - Stuck at wrong username / password

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade my Revive installation from 5.4.1. to 5.5.1. I followed all steps described as in:

But I get stuck in the Update Wizard at the point I have to login as Revive Adserver administrator:

I'm using the same login as I use to log in as an admin in my current installation. In the debug.log I cannot find any relevant info on this error. Any how to solve or bypass this error?

I just tried to upgrade from 5.5 to 5.5.2 and got the same error.

Hi,

I finally managed to solve the problem. I think it has to do with this: https://github.com/revive-adserver/revive-adserver/issues/1291. The way the password is encrypted is changed.

When you're stuck at this point in the Update Wizard, go to your revive database in phpmyadmin, go to the users table (rv_users) en edit the administrator account. Go to password, fill out the password you used already and in function field select 'password_hash (PHP function)'. Then 'Go to save', and try to login again. Worked for me!
