Issue while setting up database.

for me rv_database_action  and  rv_upgrade_action  has been created. Raised an error "Installation failed to create the core tables" . I am not able to find out the issue.

As per my experience i would suggest check credentials, server logs, and schema compatibility. If the issue still there , contact  to Revive Adserver community or support for help .
