Revive Adserver not counting stats

Good Morning, 

I am new here, could anyone help me please, our adserver in our office is not counting banner ad stats, clicks, views, etc. 

In our plugins page, I see 2 plugins that are not working, it has this error. (see below)

It has this error,

Failed to find package definition file /home/lestercrew/public_html/adserver/plugins/etc/openX3rdPartyServers.xml

Are those 2 the one affecting the stats not counting?
