How to implement a simple ads in my C# Wpf Desktop Apps

Hi i have check the Requirements for adding an ads using Revive and it says that you need a PHP and MySQL

as required to setup and ads. is there a tutorials or implementation on how to setup an ads to a C# Wpf Desktop Ads. with a Server TeamCity what are the possible tools i will need for setting up ads to my 

Desktop Apps. and if possible i will need a PHP Apache Server / MySQL what do i need to connect php to a 

Desktop Apps C# Wpf, i already have an existing Revive Server. I new and currently exploring on this field.

please do help me out for a start up on what to do and what do i need? or maybe can provide a forum link on implementing similar to this process.
