Report And Access To Customer

Thanks for your Gide in the all of question.
i am a new user of revive server .so i installed  it in the sub domain and I try to learn more about that .I read  all of document in site and then used it. but I can't understand 2 point:
1- how can I create access to publisher and advertiser in 2 separate ways until them able to view their panel

2- how can i have reports that include (limitation delevery,Target chanel,....)for show and present to customers.
