Account Deleted

Hi, 

 

I have just created this account so that I am able to post on this forum.

 

I previously was using an account which was connected to www.glotime.tv, however when I tried to login last week it was telling me that my username and password were incorrect and that the account isn't recognised. 

 

Nothing has been changed fro our end and we were just wondering why this has happened. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is no record of anyone every creating a username here with those details. Can you point us to a forum post you wrote using that username you claim went missing? Are you sure it was on this forum?

I don't think the account would have posted in a forum, we just used to upload the ads to our website.

 

The user name is Kyri and the email address that it was set up with was [email protected]

 

This is the link we used to follow to login and when you follow it now this is the message it comes up with.

You are mixing up the ad server installation you have on your own server and this community forum.

 

I've removed your domain to make it less likely you'll be hit by brute force attacks, since you also listed your username.

 

If you can't log in on your own ad server installation, we can't help you here. The software has a feature to recover your username and password.

Thank you for removing our domain.

 

Sorry but we don't understand. We can't login to my account and there doesn't seem to be anyone who is able to help from the Adserver side of things, we can't find a contact email address or help line number.

 

How do we get our account back? As you can imagine this is quite worrying for us. Please could you point us in the right direction for finding a soloution.
