Endless New Version Of Revive Adserver Popup

After updating to 3.1.0 and working as "System Administrator" I keep getting a pop up that says "a new version of Revive Adserver is available". I hit OK and it keeps poping right back up.

Yet it says Your version of Revive Adserver is up-to-date. I can do anything as an admin because of this pop. How to do I stop it?
