Revive-Adserver-3.1.0, Installation In A Loop On Step 2

I'm currently using Hostgator (shared business server), have changed the permission on all the folders below to 777, setup a new mysql database and user (with all privileges).

 

chmod -R a+w /revive/var

chmod -R a+w /revive/var/cache
chmod -R a+w /revive/var/plugins
chmod -R a+w /revive/var/templates_compiled
chmod -R a+w /revive/plugins
chmod -R a+w /revive/www/admin/plugins
chmod -R a+w /revive/www/images

 

However I'm stuck at the installation Step 2. After the typing the correct database name, host, username and password, it leads back to the welcome page again. Have tried many times.

 

Any tips? I can install it no problem on my localhost. No errors on error log as well.

I havent run into this issue yet, but u sure u using the database name with the account prefix infront the database name and username of it since its a shared environment? Or are u on a VPS?
