Is Anybody There To Guide Me To Setup A Ad Network

Hi,

    I am planning to start an Ad network website where I need a Server to maintain tracking records and impression counting. Website basically contain bridge between advertiser and publisher.

Is there anybody who can help me to setup a network with Revive Adserver.

It will be much grateful.
