I just upgraded from 4.0.1 to 4.1.1 and did not encounter any errors during the upgrade. The ads on our site continue to function properly, however there is something wrong with the Revive backend: Under "Inventory > Banners" in Revive any campaigns that include an HTML5 type banner show a blank page instead of the list of ads. Other campaigns which do not include HTML5 banners show the list of ads just fine. Additionally, the "Inventory > Zones" page shows up blank as well.
