You can just write a script to delete the data from ox_data_summary_ad_zone_assoc by specifying date(i.e Pass start and end date manually via url of the script page).

Please check your "Delivery options" have any limitaions for campaign and if exists remove all limitaions and clear your cache and templates_compiled folder files.
Campaign should be in running status and banner should be active and weight of campaign should be greater than 0.If you are using contract type ,please specify the start date /end date and impressions per day.
If above conditions are satistified,revive should deliver ads without any issues.

- Check whether Maintenance has moved properly. If Yes check to whether in User Interface Campaign status have been completed.
- Clear Cache,Templates_Compiled folder.
- Refresh and check whether still impression and clicks get generated.

Check to below settings,
- Go to Advertiser-->Advertiser Properties,
- Under "Advertiser Report", Check whether two below checkboxes are ticked:
- Email when campaign is automatically activated/deactivated
- Email campaign delivery report.
If not,just tick on those checkboxes.

In Email zone ,you have to link only one banner to zone.If you link more than one banner click redirection won't work.The reason due to email zone is cookieless invocation code.

I have verified your conf(hostname.conf.php) file.You specified that you have to redirect adserver url instead of adserver_new.So that you are always redirecting to adserver.

You have not installed required plugin for revive adserver.
Login as administartor account and Goto "plugin" tab install the plugin.

Check your openx configuration file web directory section configured with proper openx UI url or not.
This might cause the issues. -

1)You cannot separate through comma or blank spaces
2)Instead you can create Targeting channels,add required banner in it and set targeting id. Or you can limit the delivery using latitude and longitude method.

You have to manually update time targeting and campaign start_date/end_date to openx work with updated timezone.You no need to update any timezone.

Automatic maintenance: Openx migrate the data from bucket table to intermediate table for every operation interval,it will migarte into summary table for a one hour.
You can run Scheduled maintenance for every 15 mins or 30 mins.

Hi,
If you are using image tag, it should work with more than one banner linked with zone and click redirecion will be proper.
If you go for an Email zone image invocation tag is cookie-less ,so you have to map only one banner to zone to work click url redirection in proper way.
