Mr.Berzerk

I'm using Revive 552, been using that version for more than a year now I think. Starting this year, one of my advertisers has started getting more clicks than impressions. Sometimes dozens of click with zero impressions. None of the other advertisers are experiencing this. Just the one, and just in the last month. Any idea what could be causing this?
