Would you mind sharing your solution? I'm trying to install version 5.4.1 of Revive Adserver on my Openshift Container Platform with the php:8.1-fpm-alpine Docker image. So far, I haven't been able to get it working. I would greatly appreciate it if you could share your Dockerfile.
