[Delivery Rules "And" vs. "Or"]

Hi,

can somebody explain the "and" vs. "or" that can be chosen with adding a new delivery rule.

When I have:

             rule1

OR       rule2

AND    rule3

Does this mean that the banner is delivered with rule1 or rule2 (and does rule3 is just connected with rule2 or also with rule1?)

Is there a manual for this topic?

[Banner ignores delivery rules]

Hi,

my banner ignore my delivery rules. I have different tags and I want to show different banners at different tags. I used the rule "Site Variable" and it worked for weeks. Now it does not work anymore.

Any ideas?
