I've already eliminated any of these. No ad blocker installed. Cookies are fully authorized. Have tried in Chrome, IE and Firefox. Server is windows and full permissions are enabled.
I did run the openx install and that installed with no cookie issue.

Documentation is no help with this issue.

I tried several different version of PHP but the cookie issue still remains.

I ran the installer and right away it is saying cookies are disabled. Not true. What would be the code I need to comment out to get this to install? The cookie check obviously has an issue of some kind be it cookie related or an indirect issue.

Looks like since my hosting is windows based it isn't going to install correctly. I will have to see about getting a linux based hosting to install this on.
