We have followed all the installation steps which you have specified. but when processing 4th step (Open a web browser and start the installation process) getting below Error.
Software's installed:
Apache with mod_php or any webserver using FastCGI (nginx, IIS 7+, lighttpd, etc.)
Menu system error:::installnot found for the current user: you might not have sufficient permission to view this page. If the problem persists, you can also try to delete the files inside your /path/to/openx/var/cache/ directory.

Hi Team,
We have followed all the installation steps which you have specified. but when processing 4th step (Open a web browser and start the installation process) getting below Error.

If the problem persists, you can also try to delete the files inside your /path/to/openx/var/cache/ directory.
Please suggest the changes & exact issue.
