[Statistics pages not showing statistics data]

Have answered my own question, seems some of the permissions I'd set didn't stay set or I'd set them on the wrong instance I was working on. In any case all solved

Troubleshooting a problem for a new client. Was running an older version of openx where the statistics pages was loading but where the table of data that lets you select to filter and view the statistics was missing from the page. So ran the update to the latest version of Revive and found the problem still exists. We get a page like in the attached screenshot and have run out of ideas to determine what is going on. I believe it to be server configuration related as running the site copied to a standard cpanel setup shows me the options I need but am seeing nothing in the error logs to tell me what is going on. 

the server is recording clicks etc I'm just missing the options to view them in the table on the statistic pages. I can view data by exporting via the advanced reports which gives me access to the numbers but would love to get to the bottom of the display issue if anybody has an idea
