"so not a bug" was the reply on git.
The reply, which does not help much solving:
I'm sorry, given the huge number of people running on EC2, this is definitaly not a Revive Adserver bug.
Possibily some misconfiguration on your side, but the issue tracker is not suitable for support questions.

Thanks, so it seems a bug on AWS. But why since AWS EC2 are normal linux servers.
BUG #1397

thanks, so it seems a bug on AWS. But why since AWS EC2 are normal linux servers. How do we submit bugs to REVIVE team?

I removed the ELB, and still does not allow me to login
"Session cookie error, please log in again".

Hi,
I am migrating Revive ads to a new server (EC2 AWS Linux) with PHP 7.4.
Either old or fully updated reviveAds 5.4.1. I always get the error:
"Session cookie error, please log in again".
Both after new installation or migrated. I can login on the old server.
Thanks
EC2 is under a ELB load balancer. Probably the cause

We have the same problem with Revive Adserver 3.2.2 on centOS server. We have regularly more Clicks than impressions on several campaigns. Has anybody a clue how to solve this?
thanks

Hi,
On firefox v43, the adsense banners are white and not loaded (we see in firebug that it remains loading/waiting).
You can see for example:
http://www.justbio.com/hosted-tools.html
how to sove this? It works well on Chrome, IE...
thanks

Nobody has an idea how this foreign URL is triggered in my Revive setup?
It only happens on ads with a GIF. Ads using HTML embedded code does not trigger this foreign URL.
thanks

hi, no. This URL is not anything I know or owned before. it is just inserted from the revive async code.
firebug shows from asyncjs.php this bizarre call. This domain seems russian. So even more strange...:
GET http://masterpages.ca/openx/www/images/ad.js
c.reviveAsync.(anonymous function).spc @ asyncjs.php:1
h.onreadystatechange @ asyncjs.php:1 -
Hi,
If you look at one of my websites: http://www.justbio.com/
the revive banners generate a call to a strange URL:
http://masterpages.ca/openx/www/images/ad.js
that generates an 404 error. I cannot find where and how this URL is called. Even after upgrade to latest 3.2.2 it remains. Do I have a hacked Revive server? how to clean that?
thanks

same for me. Upgrading or installing fresh on a EC2.
I have been using and installing for 10y and never had this issue before.
