I'm new at this and have no one to walk me through it so I'm using an existing campaign to create a new banner for a customer.
By all accounts I've successfully created the advertiser, campaign, and set the delivery (again, based on another configuration)... it isn't appearing in the rotation after 24 hrs. I'm sure I've missed a step but I cannot seem to identify where. Can someone point me in the right direction?
