I cleared APC cache and its not working. Any other idea please?

I got this error message in my revive ad server:

 

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _PEAR_call_destructors() (previously declared in /home/ipcdig5/public_html/adserver/lib/pear/PEAR.php:771) in /usr/lib/php/PEAR.php on line 777

 

I cannot enter in the admin panel anymore but my banners are still working. Any ideas how to fix the problem? Thanks
