I asked about how to fix it in the thread about this but haven't had any luck. Can someone help? I can pay. One of the official helpers thinks it might be just a matter of permissions. I'm a novice coder and don't remember enough about permissions but perhaps it's an easy fix. Here's the link to the discussion in the other thread.
