I Can't Do A Clean Install Or Upgrade From Openx

Hello, Im not able to do a clean install or update from OpenX with the latest version 3.0.2. When I try to update from OpenX I get the following errors, after the login step:

With the clean install I not able to go to the second step.

The specs of my server: Apache 2.2 with PHP 5.5.7 (in fastcgi mode) and MySQL 5.5

I have all of the requirements (included the optionals) and all of this, working and enabled.
