Issue with daily impressions limit

Hello,

On the Campaign main settings, I've set the campaign to Contract and have set Limit Impressions to 50k per day under "Priority in relation to other campaigns".

However, the daily impressions go up to 30k. When I switch this campaign to "Remnant" I get around 80k impressions per day.

Why does this happen?

btw, each banner is individually limited to 6 banner views per session and reset view counters after 15 minutes.
