Can't access my first account after creating a second one

We own one account for more than 2 years now. This account has an email and a pwd. Let's say [email protected] and there is a user accountoneconsole. Each one with a different password. 

Now we need to generate another adserver, that we will configure for a client to use. For this we generate a second account with a different email [email protected] and a different console user accounttwoconsole.

Now I'm trying to get into the first console and I get a password error... this is strange. I'm trying to recover a password but no email is arriving to [email protected]

And beside this I'm trying to logout from the suscription manager and it's impossible to do. There is something about cookies that don't let me logout. 
Please help.

check in the database if your account really exist in the users table

But the question is why do my account would dissapear? I did nothing with the account... I only created a completely new one. Same credit card data I think, and using the same computer. 

Even thou, I don't have an idea of how can I check which database and how to do it... thanks for any help.
