johnt Posted September 30, 2024 Report Posted September 30, 2024 Hi, I just setup a Revive Adserver on AWS as EC2 instance running on Amazon Linux. Revive Adserver is up and running and I have followed the installation documentation. Now I am able to access the Revive Ad Server site and trying to add a new user under Inventory > Account Management > Create New account. I have successfully added the user and his email address. However, user was not able to receive any email regarding the credentials. I have tried to create also from my end and it seems I am not getting email from Revive Server as well. My question will be, is there any additional setup to configure the mail? I have checked the documentation and I could not find any guide on setting up the email notification from the Revive Server. I have tried to install sendmail and postfix but to no avail. Quote
