Advertiser does not show to link banners at Zone

Hi,

I am experiencing an issue where I cannot link a banner with a zone because there is no advertiser listed in the "Select Advertiser" dropdown, even though I have created an advertiser and associated campaigns and banners with it.

Here are the steps I have followed:

1. Created an advertiser and ensured it is active.
2. Created a campaign under the advertiser and ensured it is active.
3. Created banners under the campaign and ensured they are active.
4. Created a website and added a zone to the website.
5. Clicked the "Linked Banners" tab, chose "Link banners by parent campaign," and then tried to select the campaign I would like to link to this zone. However, there is no advertiser in the dropdown.

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

• Verified that all entities (advertiser, campaign, banners) are active.
• Refreshed the page and cleared the browser cache.
• Checked for any filters that might be hiding the advertiser.
• Ensured I have the necessary permissions.

Despite these efforts, the advertiser still does not appear in the dropdown menu when trying to link banners to a zone.

Could anyone please assist me with this issue or suggest any additional steps I might have missed?
