boblewis Posted May 27 Report Posted May 27 Hello I am facing an issue while trying to integrate Revive Adserver with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and I need some help . When trying to set up the integration between Revive Adserver and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, I am facing an error message stating "Error connecting to Salesforce Marketing Cloud API: Authentication failure." I have followed the integration documentation provided by both Revive Adserver and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, but the issue exist. I have created a new connected app in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Obtained the Client ID, Client Secret, and Access Token from Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Also configured the integration settings within Revive Adserver, including specifying the Client ID, Client Secret, and Access Token. I am running Revive Adserver version 5.2.1 on a Linux server, and I am using Salesforce Marketing Cloud version 7.0. The exact error message I'm getting is "Error connecting to Salesforce Marketing Cloud API: Authentication failure." I have checked Ad Server Integration for Salesforcesfmc resource for guidance, but it didn't provide the necessary help to resolve the issue. I have configured the integration settings within Revive Adserver and Salesforce Marketing Cloud according to the provided instructions. However, I am not able to establish a successful connection between the two platforms. I have also rechecked the logs for both Revive Adserver and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, but I haven't been able to identify the root cause of the issue. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!
