Revive error 500 when ad HAS a URL

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I upgraded Revive from version 3.2 to 5.3 but I am having a strange problem:

When the ads have a destination URL, they produce a 500 Error. If the ad doesn't have a URL, then the banner is shown (but is not clickable).

If I try to open an ad which has a destination URL on the backend, I get the 500 Error.

I can open an ad which doesn't have a destination URL, and if I add a destination URL, I will get the 500 Error, and won't be able to edit anything on the ad from the backend.

If I remove the destination URLs via phpmyadmin, the banners will show (but not clickable). If I reassign the destintation URLs to the banners, they stop working with the Error 500.

Hope someone can tell me how to fix this!

Apparently it's not possible to upgrade from version 3.2 to 5.3.1 so I did the upgrade again this time to version 4.2.0 and this time I am not having the issue. I will try to update to version 5.3.1 in a few days.
