eberswine
When I have upgraded before, I usually download my plugins from a svn, like: https://svn.openx.org/openx/tags/2.8/openx-2.8.7/etc/plugins/ ( just change over the version number to the new one, ).. but now I can't find any! Please help!!!
Ian
Hi! You should be able to activate your plugins again after upgrading if you login as admin, and check the plugins section (there is a bug which sometimes disables them all, which is fixed in the new release). There should not be any reason for reinstalling.
eberswine
Failed to parse the package definition for openXMarket Failed to find package definition file /home/website/public_html/openx/plugins/etc/openXMarket.xml The /plugin/ folder is empty ?? I tried to enable, but nothing happens.. Still a big block of red errors ( like above, but with all the plugins named too.. )
eberswine
Should I just copy over my plugins from my old installation over to that new install folder ?

eberswine
thanks! I can' t find openXMarket or openXWorkflow ?????
andrewatfornax
Correct! Now that it's Revive Adserver, and not OpenX Source, and given that OpenX (the company) have shut down the OpenX Market, there is no point in having a plugin for OpenX Market any more - there's no point. The workflow plugin was related, and has also been removed. You will note that this is mentioned in the release notes: https://github.com/revive-adserver/revive-adserver/blob/v3.0.0/RELEASE_NOTES.txt#L24

andrewatfornax
Yes indeed, you can (and should) uninstall those plugins.

Hi @admindopd, I am not sure there is - besides, you don't want to download from GitHub anyway, unless you are planning on doing Revive Adserver development. Instead, download releases of Revive Adserver from: https://www.revive-adserver.com/download/ Plugins for the release you have downloaded are included inside the package - there's no need to download them separately. Rahul
how can I download or enable "Banner Delivery Logging" plugin ?
andrewatfornax
Hi @Rahul, I would not recommend that you do. If your installation doesn't include this standard, included plugin, then either something has gone very wrong with your system, or you didn't get an official download package. Nevertheless, if you follow the link in the post you have replied to (i.e. https://documentation.revive-adserver.com/display/DOCS/Plugins+Missing+or+Disabled) then you will find the information you are seeking.
